Meet Rebecca Davis Lee

I am Rebecca Davis Lee, a passionate advocate for children and families. With years of experience in child welfare and juvenile law, I am running for Juvenile Court Judge to continue my mission of breaking the cycle of poverty and crime by supporting our youth at the most critical time in their lives.

My Legal Journey
After graduating from Loyola Law School, I began my career at the Office of the Governor, handling child in need of care cases in the 21st Judicial District Juvenile Court. This experience allowed me to shape policy as a member of the Children’s Justice Task Force and fight for the rights of children in foster care.

I later transitioned to the 21st JDC Public Defenders’ Office, where I exclusively focused on juvenile cases, ensuring that children and families received the representation and support they needed.

5000+ Cases Handled: From civil to criminal and juvenile matters, my career has been marked by dedication and results.
Child Welfare Specialist: As a member of the National Association of Child Welfare, I’ve honed my expertise in child welfare law.
Lee Law & Community Work: I am the sole member of Lee Law and serve as an attorney with True Title, as well as a defense attorney in the Town of French Settlement’s Municipal Court.

Why I’m Running for Juvenile Court Judge
My passion lies in juvenile justice. I firmly believe that to break the generational cycles of crime and poverty that afflict our community, we must start with the children. As Juvenile Court Judge, I will ensure that every child is given the opportunity to succeed, through access to the services, guidance, and positive influences they need to thrive.

Together, we can create a future where our youth are empowered to lead productive lives rather than destructive ones.
